1. The objective of Military Evangelism Observation(MEO) Program
To assist in the establishment and growth of MCFs by inviting potential MCF leaders to observe Korean military evangelism and by teaching them the subjects related to the major activities of MCFs.
2. Period: June 18-25, 2012
3. Venue: Osanri Prayer Mountain in the vicinity of Seoul City
4. Host: General(R) Lee, Jun, Chairman of MSO
5. Participants
1) Delegations principally from countries without MCF, and exceptionally from countries with immature MCFs if seriously necessary
2) Two delegates from each country
3) Criteria for eligible delegates: Potential MCF leaders who will be able to contribute to the establishment and growth of MCFs; principally military Christians and exceptionally paramilitary Christians such as police officers, fire fighters, border/coast guarders, forest rangers, depending upon national situations; English-speaking persons
6. Major subjects and events
 The introduction of the AMCF, ACCTS, MMI and MSO; AMCF Reference Manual; the establishment and growth of MCFs; Christian leadership, personal evangelism, inductive Bible study, conversational prayer, the observation of "Korean War Memorial National Salvation Prayer Convention" and a joint baptismal ceremony; the introduction to delegation's countries; sightseeing
7. Scholarship
 MSO will provide the delegation with round-trip tickets from and to their countries, and accommodation and local transportation during MEO Program period.
8. Requirements for coordination
1) Vice Presidents
 (1) In case Vice Presidents keep in contact with military Christians in countries without MCF in their regions, Vice Presidents may inform them of the AMCF, and persuade them to attend MEO Program, and then nominate two eligible persons as delegates from each country.
 (2) In case there are any countries with immature MCFs of which leaders need seriously to learn how to promote the growth of their MCF, Vice Presidents may nominate two eligible persons as delegates from each country in their regions.
 (3) Vice Presidents are advised to notify MSO of the nominees no later than the end of February 2012, including such elements as follows: Name, male/female, active/retired, service, rank, position, occupation (in case of retiree), age, the date of birth, passport number, dwelling address, e-mail, phone number

2) ACCTS and MMI
 MSO would like to ask ACCTS and MMI to recommend eligible delegates in coordination with VPs no later than the end of February, 2012, and to dispatch a staff as an instructor during MEO 2012 as follows: An instructor from ACCTS is advised to teach the introduction to ACCTS and AMCF Reference Manual by himself, and Inductive Bible Study in coordination with KMCF instructors. An instructor from MMI is advised to teach the introduction to MMI and Pray&Plan by himself, and Conversational Prayer in coordination with KMCF instructors.
3) Korean missionaries in countries without MCF
 In case Korean missionaries keep in contact with military Christians, Korean missionaries are advised to inform them of the AMCF, and persuade them to attend MEO Program, and then recommend two eligible persons as delegates from each country no later than the end of February 2012, including such elements as follows: Name, male/female, active/retired, service, rank, position, occupation (in case of retiree), age, the date of birth, passport number, dwelling address, e-mail, phone number
4) MSO
 MSO will fix up the consolidated list of participants in MEO 2012 Program through P&P session, and then send the invitation letter and the MEO registration form to each delegate in March 2012.
